Our Campsite is suited to families, touring caravans/motorhomes, walkers, cyclists and schools
Please note we are not a party or festival site and noise and conduct is managed
The Hikers Rest Cabin offers vending for Hot & Cold drinks and snacks. It also provides a facility for campers to freeze ice blocks and charge electronic devices.
Adjacent to the site is 'Sandhill Tackle and Bait' (contact : 07425983823) who can offer fishing on their well stocked pond (bring your own rod).
The village pub (Frankland Arms) is a few minutes walk away and offers hot food.

Our Main Field boasts 22 hardstandings all with electric hook ups and accommodates up to 40 tents on the well kept grass 12 pitches having electric hook ups.
Our 4 Electric Terrace pitches on grass are very popular with stunning views towards the Down's.
The little stream at the bottom of the field is popular with the smaller children in the summer.
Our Paddocks Field is popular with family, school and educational groups enabling a feeling of space and freedom. It has also proved a great space for holding Corporate events There is a large fire pit available (wood can be purchased at reception) and the pond provides a beautiful setting. The Paddocks has 13 electric hook ups on grass pitches and 6 fully serviced pitches enabling our customers to conveniently stay free of mud at any time of the year in caravans and motorhomes.

The facilities were great with lovely clean hot showers. We were supplied with maps so we could walk the South Downs way, while our 2 friends fished the lake next door.
